The goal of this project is to improve water quality in the Trout River Watershed. The program will accomplish this by removing instream debris from two primary feeder streams flowing into Trout River, and cleaning out several springs along each of these branches. The woody debris blocks flow and fish passage, therefore the goal is to provide ease of movement in this river. Secondly, the chapter will improve habitat around spawning grounds to increase spawning success.
